A better way to find a lawyer in Singapore
The Lawyer Guide Singapore helps people discover, compare and contact lawyers and law practices based on clear information about their practice, experience and client feedback.

Finding a lawyer should not feel uncertain or opaque. The legal market is complex enough — finding the right person to speak to should be simpler.
The Lawyer Guide Singapore is the Singapore operation of The Lawyer Guide, built specifically for the local market. It is owned and operated by The Lawyer Guide Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202640664K), a company registered in Singapore. The Lawyer Guide also operates established platforms in other markets, including Advokatguiden.no in Norway, Advokatguiden.dk in Denmark and Legaly.ch in Switzerland. Each market is operated locally and adapted to its own legal system, professional standards and user expectations. Singapore is not a market we are simply translating into — we are building the platform around how people and lawyers actually operate here.
Reviews are part of the picture. Choosing a lawyer is not only about qualifications or areas of practice; client experience matters too. Reviews on The Lawyer Guide are submitted by people who have worked with the lawyer they review, and are moderated to maintain quality and remove content such as personal attacks or inappropriate personal information. Lawyers are notified when a review is published and can respond on their profile.
Paid visibility is clearly identified. Lawyers can take control of their profile and choose additional visibility options. Featured profiles are clearly marked as "Featured" so users can distinguish paid visibility from the rest of the results.
Finding a lawyer used to rely heavily on personal referrals, firm websites and search engines. That is changing: people increasingly search through structured platforms and ask direct questions through tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI systems. A clear, accurate and regularly updated lawyer profile gives both people and search systems more useful information about who a lawyer is and what they actually do.
The Lawyer Guide exists to reduce that friction: people need clearer information, lawyers need a professional way to be visible, and both sides need more trust in the information available to them. We are building the Singapore platform with the same principles that guide The Lawyer Guide internationally — transparency, relevance, real client feedback and clear access to legal professionals.
How we build the directory
The Lawyer Guide uses public regulatory and professional sources to identify lawyers and law practices operating in Singapore. For Singapore law practices and lawyers, we use information available through the relevant official registers and regulatory sources, including the Legal Services Regulatory Authority (LSRA) and the Law Society of Singapore.
The LSRA regulates law practice entities in Singapore and registers foreign lawyers and certain regulated individuals; Singapore practising certificates are administered through the applicable professional and court processes. We regularly review our listings and update information when changes are identified. Our aim is simple: the information people see on The Lawyer Guide should be clear, relevant and based on identifiable sources.
